Here we go again?

Ha ha, Adam Grant has some good stuff.

Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)
Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

Your two examples are the most common. I’ve also seen folks leave to other cloud roles e.g. aws, google. You’re not necessarily stuck in salesforce, but the longer you build your technical skillset on the platform, the harder it will be to leave.
Isn't SF so big and diverse it's like every few yrs there is something new to learn so it's not like you stuck with SF forever... It's like being a pro at SAP, you get them big $$$
Solution engineer / pre-sales is an ok place to end up
SE here, can someone share what roles in CSG people are attracted to? And is it for pay?
Why do you want to leave the technical side in the first place? It's a good place to be considering long term career goal, isn't it?
I am saying I don’t want to leave the technical side. I’m just tired of consulting man. I want to get out of these hours and not do firm initiatives and not have to deal with complicated timesheets.
I know the grass is always greener but it’s definitely greener than the green dot!
OP how many firms have you been with in your 4 yrs
Yep, but if. U are getting bigger raises with each jump why not.. I left ACN, after 5 yrs, for Deloitte cause they offered 40% raise.. so I got lowballed by staying for too long
