Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks

Essentially none. You disclaim all liability and any representation for the accuracy or the identity behind the jobs. Take a look the terms for the biggest job boards.
What you do need to do is ensure you have a process for taking down jobs when notified that they are fraudulent and have some kind of process in place to prevent blatantly fraudulent jobs from being posted in the first place. Only allowing posts from a domain associated with the company is usually a default.

I just applied with Dial America - EVERY JOB BUT 1 was part time. And after 30 days was WORK FROM HOME. I verified this prior to BOTH interviews. at my 2nd interview. She said I have to work a minimum of 36 hours a week, (that clearly isn't part time) I told her I am working because I want to not because I have to, and I only wanted to work 20 hours max a week and weekends weren't an issue. She said: We have no part time positions and nothing is work from home. I printed out ALL of the jobs that I was interested in they ALL said Part time OR Full time. ALL but the ONE full time job which was working for LIfelock. She said there's "no room for people to work from home for this position". I said. I didn't want a full time position. In my application, I stated, my hours of availability and that I had no issue driving 55 minutes EACH WAY for training for 2 weeks. (I DRIVE AN SUV, THATS 130-150$ PER WEEK) JUST FOR TRAINING ALONE. She said, do you want the job or not, I have 35 people who want this job. I said if it gets me in the door and you tell me that I can work from home within 60 days, I will gladly accept the position. I showed her ALL the print outs from 3 different webistes, showing the dates posted, showing PART TIME and WFH after training. I passed the background check with flying colors too. So today, I went online - looked them up - sure enough the posts are on a DIFFERENT job board - with the same wording - PART TIME OR FULL TIME - THEN WORK FROM HOME AFTER TRAINING IN 30 DAYS. Again, the ONLY one that was full time was the LIFELOCK job which I DIDN'T apply for to begin with. I loathe LIFELOCK, and I refuse to drive 2 hours a day, for 12.50 an hour, using my OWN electricity, my OWN internet, having to buy a headset, and a new computer, because you can't use MACbooks. I just spent close to 5K for my new M2 PRO MAX and can't even use it. So, anyways, I sent her all my copies from when I applied and highlighted all the PART TIME - all the WORK FROM HOME IN 30 DAYS - and THE DATES. I Printed them AGAIN the day OF my 2nd interview to show her the jobs I was interested in. She refused to look at them. And, printed them 3 days AFTER my interview with the NEW DATES from the NEW job board again highlighting everything. The pay was supposed to be 11-15$ an hour. I drove school busses and was paid 37$ an hour. She wanted to pay me 12.50 an hour, where I would have to work 10-13 hours a week JUST to pay for gas for my vehicle??? THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE ILLEGAL. She bait and switched me. Then lied about there's no part time jobs available and there's no work from home available. I have to be VERY careful with pursuing this bullshit because I live in a VERY small town where people TALK. and even if I complain online, she will know it was from ME specifically. Then I may NEVER get a little shitty work from home job in this town. and LIVEOPS sounds PERFECT, however, LIVEOPS is not even hiring anymore. Sometimes secrets should remain secrets. Rant over -
OH and to add to this?@?@?@@@? THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 1957, THEY HAVE 19 CENTERS ACROSS THE U.S. - THEY ARE VERY LEGIT. However, I have never been so disgusted by someones behavior in my life. She looked at me directly in my face and LIED MULTIPLE times. I just want a job. I want Liveops to come back to all its glory. lol
