That would depend on whether the store is actually hard to navigate or if people just do not like change. Personally, I’m the latter, but you can rearrange it, and guess what? Other people will now complain about it. Can’t make everyone happy.
I mean...look at Ikea 😂 They embraced it and made it part of their identity. I do think it's something that needs to be taken seriously both for safety, and for the comfort of shoppers. I have watched a woman have a full-blown panic attack once in a confusing department store because she couldn't figure out how to get out, and became extremely anxious. That should be avoidable.

Not sure how much say so you have in the matter, so that would dictate your response, I suppose. You could always pass the customer feedback on to management and perhaps they’ll take it into consideration
