How many complaints about confusing store layouts would you consider too many? I know many people hate how Costco's have no signs, but it's not like they're ever going to change that... I have a new store, and it's been getting some comments about how the store is not easy to navigate. I'm not sure if I should let people figure it out slowly or be responsive to the feedback.

That would depend on whether the store is actually hard to navigate or if people just do not like change. Personally, I’m the latter, but you can rearrange it, and guess what? Other people will now complain about it. Can’t make everyone happy.

I mean...look at Ikea 😂 They embraced it and made it part of their identity. I do think it's something that needs to be taken seriously both for safety, and for the comfort of shoppers. I have watched a woman have a full-blown panic attack once in a confusing department store because she couldn't figure out how to get out, and became extremely anxious. That should be avoidable.

Totally, some people will figure it out, but a bit of signage never hurts 😄

A few comments are normal, but if it keeps coming up, it’s worth looking into. Listening to feedback—even small changes—can make a big difference in customer experience.

Not sure how much say so you have in the matter, so that would dictate your response, I suppose. You could always pass the customer feedback on to management and perhaps they’ll take it into consideration

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

What are some of the best consulting firms for digital strategy roles? Looking for a change and was wondering which of the T1/T2 firms have digital practices in Canada. I have applied to ATK and McK. BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?
