How many days airbus will take to release the offer after HR round, initially they said I will get response in 3-4 days and after two days I followed up with them and I got response like Hr team is working on my offer and still it will take two more days. It was already 4 days completed after my HR round, last week Friday I attended it.

Can i ask for joining Bonus after accepting the offer letter? Had a conversation with HR and was being advised it is difficult but will see what can they do.

2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
