How many days Hexaware Technologies take to release an offer. Completed L1 L2 and HR. During Hr they said it was difficult to get approval for the pkg but they wil try and it may take some time. It's just 24L. Will they release offer. Generally will it take much tym to release?

I have received two offers from great companies. One is a senior analyst role in the advertising industry and another is a Product manager role in the risk industry. I have 1-2 years of experience as an analyst.
The salary, benefits for both are same. I’m looking for a role that has tech and strategy designing as well and both the roles offer this.

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
