Real estate, depending on how much cash you have on hand, turnkey investing is pretty simple
If you're cash constrained like the rest of us, still real estate, but you've got to buy beaters, fix them up and refinance. Takes more time, know-how and risk, but you can build up your free cash flows to what a typical pension pays over in a few years
I’m a corporate lawyer - other than that no business experience. Not sure how much money I’m willing to invest. Depends on the business venture I guess.
My only warning would be to think more about why you are pursuing a certain business. I think the most successful businesses/entrepreneurs are those that aren't doing it for the money. They have a strong purpose behind the product/service they are providing to consumers. For example, Elon Musk could have stopped working after he sold his share in PayPal. He had PLENTY of money to just relax the rest of his life, but he chose to continue building great businesses because he wanted to change the world.
I think it's important you have a true purpose behind the work you are doing, as opposed to starting a business for the major fact of earning money.
A ‘Jump to Conclusions’ mat.
Onlyfans
Hahaha I knew someone would say onlyfans. I’m good, but that is legitimate.

YMMV
What are you bringing to the table? How much money to invest? Or experience ?
