Enough leaves are there ...plan it and call it out to ur team and manager in advance and enjoy if it is a vacation.Dont complicate things by taking too much of leaves in PBCs.Just plan and utilize them properly.

Can we use sick leaves and medical leaves without any reasoning?

You have to submit a medical certificate to take medical leave, don't go by some x comments ... They might be specific to their team as their LL06 is very flexible ,
Sick leave for more than 2 days you need to submit a letter ,
All you have is casual 12 days , sick 12 days , and 13 privilege leaves comes from second year first year it's nill.. basically leave policy is same as any other product MNC , 24+13 (only from second year),
You can't consider bereavement, MTM, Medical leaves as your regular leaves. They are special scenarios
