Dont listen to this. Hes using a southpark joke. No fund accounting associate in any region of America is making 350. That's closer to manager/ Low level exec pay. Associate analyst in a front office role is not the same as back office/ accounting.

What do you think about 100 e-mails, 25 conversations on the phone (not calls, conversation), 30 connection on LinkedIn, 30 messages on LinkedIn? What are usually kpi in companies like salesforce for example?
