I have been working in my current organization for the past 10 months. Since my team is very small, I was asked to do a variety of roles, which I happily obliged. I was hired as a developer and have played the role of BA, Tester and PM happily but each of these roles have been for a short while and was assigned to someone else once the heavy lifting is done.
