Find another job if you can before you put resignation.
If you can't give interviews due to your toxic company then resign immedietly
Most IT companies are like that. Toxicity is there everywhere. You are a fresher, so it's new to you.
I can totally understand his situation i am experienced but I also not able to deal with this toxic environment of the firm, looking actively for a change.
I didn't understand why HR don't raise any concern about it since i have seen it's very common in EY
HR don't do anything tbh, they usually say that they don't have the authority

@OP toxicity has different meaning for ppl similar to what we see with the use of word depression..being sad or frustrated is understood as depression by some....you need to cite what u found toxic
I mentioned in one of the post about the behaviour of senior manager and people pointed out that it's straight up inhuman and since I'm a fresher , I didn't have much experience, I thought it's normal for seniors to behave in this manner
