How often do you have meetings in a day? I've worked in several companies, but this is the first company I'm having to deal with 4 meetings a week... to say the same things over and over again. I feel like upper management feels the need to be in constant control of how we move forward with the hiring process, but they don't understand that they're really disturbing our flow by constantly being in our faces. Am I sharing this experience with anyone else here?

Every time I go through an episode, I feel like I don't get emotional support from my spouse and he feels like he can't reach me until I come out of it. Then as I emerge we are cold with each other, just going through the motions. When I'm healthy we are good. It's hard to imagine putting him through my episodes the rest of our lives, and he's weary after 19 years of this.

I checked with all the employers of mine and they seems to complied with all the requirements from TCS, still it is in progress. So I am not sure what to do? Please help me.
