IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. I don’t want to settle but I don’t want to miss an opportunity to move. Reporting consultants should start at $65k per recruiting sites. Any advice? How can I get HR/recruiters to offer more? TIA

Hi all, Noob question. When I am sourcing, I tend to find candidates who are a great fit but then wouldn’t work for 1 reason or another. for example. 3 months into their current role so the likely hood of wanting to move is low. What tools do you use to make a note of these otherwise perfect candidates? Do you have a spreadsheet? Do you use LinkedIn projects? Just keen to know best practices! Please share away 😊

My son made 11k on Doge but it is a joke coin. Put some money into SHIBA another joke coin. I knew all the cryptos would come back after the big fall. It was an opportunity to buy. Polygon has held up through all this because of the news from Deutche Bank. Look at the real cryptos. Bought these.
