Stay grounded. It’s okay to need extra time, especially with a new baby at home.
A law firm that faults you for taking care of yourself doesn’t deserve to see you cry ;)

I pinch myself under the table to avoid reacting.
Try to get the emotions out of your system beforehand so the feedback doesn't come as a shock? Deep breaths, cool yourself down as needed, come prepared with even and neutral responses, you'll do great! The patriarchy assumes that new moms are a bundle of emotions so you can probably blame getting frazzled on lack of sleep anyway
P1 that's a good idea too! Sometimes I'll fidget with a ring or pen and focus on that instead of my emotions, it helps keep me grounded instead of spinning out!
It sounds like your performance is pretty good overall. My experience has generally been that fudging an internal deadline by a bit here and there tends to be overlooked as long as the work product is excellent when it arrives. Have you received negative feedback about the deadlines? If not, I wouldn’t necessarily expect it to come up. I mean, be prepared for it, but hopefully it will be nbd. If it does come up, I would just try to remain cool and confident and just own it and move on. You’re figuring out your new life, and it will be a blip on the radar in the grand scheme of things.
I’m gonna be honest deadline issues are the worst IMO. I’d rather have slightly less great work product on time. But a huge difference if I get a warning that it’s going to be late vs if it’s just blown. If I get a warning and we discuss, then I don’t even count it as missed because there’s a new deadline. BUT as someone that just got back from leave, the fact that OP is making hours is super impressive

Think of what they’re saying and mentally put it in a box and set it on fire. Outwardly, nod stoically.

Before you go in there, give yourself a good pep talk, breath, prioritize sleep ahead of the meeting to help manage your emotions (I find I'm more weepy on less sleep). And I don't disagree with others about medication if you're thinking about it. Took me years to finally get a therapist and try medication for the first time. Finally did it in my late-30s when my son was about 6-ish year old, after 3 miscarriages and a failed IVF roller coaster trying for #2 and I wish I did it earlier. I almost certainly had PPD after my son, which I wouldn't let myself admit to, even though I never would hold it against another woman. Not sure why. Cut yourself some slack. You're amazing. If you already had the meeting, how did it go?
