I just got promoted to Senior last June. Base of $94,500, with 7.5% target bonus for me. No complaints about work life balance. We’re only required to go into the office once a month, but the office is also open for us to go in if we want to (at least where I’m located). Work extra hours occasionally but not more than once or twice per month. Also curious to see what others have gotten for the same role
Awesome! Yeah I think it can vary to some degree depending on which office you’re in/the local management team but my experience has been very positive
Would any of you be open to a discussion about how to land such a position? I’m not loving the broker side and looking to pivot!
Internal and external networking. Our industry is relationship driven. Companies are still remote but building that network helps pivoting and check for recruiters on LinkedIn.
My company has a sr uw equivalent role posted at 101,500 - 127,000 in a Denver suburb. I’m in a similar COL area, one level below (not quite 5 yoe) making $121k. I expect the promotion later this year to put me well over $127k so maybe that isn’t actually the range…
Liberty and Hartford post their salary ranges and all postings in Colorado have ranges. Just from my personal research I’ve seen the sr range (5 YoE) from about 89k-130k
