How do you find meaning in life? I went from a government job that I liked to affirm job that I hated to a legal adjacent job that is okay but boring. Hello! I was offered a position at the middle of the posted salary range. I exceed every one of the requirements and all but one of the preferred qualifications. (I will have my Supervision designation in a few months.) Should I negotiate a higher salary now or when I obtain my new license? Went on a group trip for my friends birthday. My introversion and social anxiety came out big time and I felt like crap throughout the weekend. These are the moment when I wish if I were an extrovert.

Where are my fellow INTJ's? What service area did you find yourself in and how do you like it?

Any tips how to lead workshops? I find it much easier in person as I’m quite personable (despite awkward in social scenarios!). For virtual workshops, I feel like I just present a load of information in a bad way and don’t know how to make it more interactive. I spent more time worrying about what people are thinking of me than actually how to lead the workshop properly.

After traveling the whole week, it feels great to relax and stay in. Wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

Anyone struggling with interviewing and think its partly due to being an introvert? I continue to make it to final rounds always losing out to another candidate, no feedback given. I’m qualified for these roles and take the time to prepare.
