Our pay seems pretty standard, and there's not a lot to discuss about it. I know people can earn varying amounts, but that's got a lot to do with how long they've been there, the job duties, and so on. So while it may be different in some cases, it doesn't feel like it's random, there are reasons for it.

My company pay rates are pretty standard across the board. They have certain pay rates for specific roles in the company. I tried to negotiate but it couldn’t because they have a set pay range for everyone. Which I find very annoying.
