Experienced cloud engineer looking to build a web/mobile app with source code I have full ownership over. For the front end should I:
A. Learn React JS/React Native
B. Use a no code platform for front end (if so, which?)
C. Something else?

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. Gross: 17LPA. PF: 1LPA
Variable: 2.5Lpa. Joining bonus: 1 lakh
Total 20.5LPA +1

is it good?

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.
