How’s tech recruiting going for current 1st years?

I haven’t heard anything from any BigTech, and neither has my immediate network, but I wanted to check whether or not I should be more concerned.

Been wanting to start a Consultancy that offers employment help to individuals. Any ideas on the success rate or how to start networking to have actual clients coming to me? What are the pros and cons?

Too many questions on hikes for last year : For SC / MC team it was 25 to 45 percent without , as they did market correction and it happened after missing a year of hike

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Context: 760 GMAT, MBB (with earlier Corp. experience), not a great GPA in my BA but 4.0-equivalent in my MSc, good ECs. EU-based

Using Manhattan prep for gmat. Any other recs to super charge Verbal scores? (I particularly struggle with Sentence Correction speed and modifiers)

Hey guys, need some advice. I was fortunate enough to get the Consortium fellowship at Ross but am also stuck on the CBS waitlist and am still planning to apply to Wharton in R3. Assuming I get into CBS/Wharton, is there that much of a difference between them to forgo scholarship money? For context, I want to get into product management at FAANG/fintech with pursuing MBB as a plan B. Thanks in advance!
