Today I had a 4th round interview and gave a 10 min presentation for a position I really want. I honestly love everything about this position and is my dream job. I thought it went really well & she seemed very positive. She said she would follow up with the ceo (who I already met with) and let me know about next steps. I was originally told there would be 5 rounds and with every other round I’ve known next steps before I left the interview. This time I had to wait. Is this a good or a bad sign?
I’m an S1 and got an offer for an in-house VC fund accountant position. I have a background in both partnership and corporate tax, but have more partnership experience. Don’t know if should pursue this since I heard fund accounting can pigeonhole but I like the stability and bonus potential. Any thoughts?

Stay at Deloitte making $105k as a consultant or jump to a smaller industry role for $155k? Jumping to smaller companies ruin future chances of working in tech or big companies?
Is it okay to talk to multiple recruiters at the same time about different roles? I assume it’s best to be upfront about it? When do they ask you to narrow down to one role if both teams are interested? Role A is more interesting to me but I know I don’t have all the skills required. Role B is not as interesting, but probably better aligned to my skill set.
I am currently working as a Project Lead/Manager for a health care firm and wanna pivot towards TPM roles at tech firms. Need some inputs from current TPM’s on how their day to day work looks like? What the role as a TPM looks like? What are the challenges? etc… I am preparing myself to get into this role by trying to connect with TPM’s via LinkedIn, looking into posts/YouTube videos for interviews etc. Also applying for the roles simultaneously. Looking for some guidance/help..
WLB at FAANG companies? I've heard it can be bad, especially at FB, but mostly from engineers that aren't used to >40 hrs a week. Any insights?
Consultant looking to transition to a new role. DM me if interested in helping refer me and I can share my background :)
How common are signing bonuses and/or stock when targeting industry roles at the Director/Sr Director/VP level at non-FAANG companies?
We have Netflix in FAANG, yet don’t see much discussion about the company. What’s up with it?
Ugh, starting next week I’m going back to being unemployed for the first time in about 10-years. I’m not sure if I should go back into the Ad world or one of the FAANG companies.

SPG platinum. Checking out of Westin a day early within their checkout time for the day. Clerk says SPG policy is to charge an early departure fee of an additional night’s stay. I smell horseshit.
How much amount does EY Australia pay/ reimburse for relocation from a country in South East Asia? My question is for a Manager position if the amount changes with designations. Alternatively, do they offer an option to provide relocation services from one of their vendors instead of reimbursing the relocation expenses. Your response will be very helpful! EY
What is the average salary for a third year associate at Shutts and Bowen in Florida (Miami)?
Am I too old? Too old to chase a wild dream of living in a beach town? Too old to follow a hunch? Too old to sell everything and start over somewhere else? Some days I feel like I am. With parents in failing health and a grandpa that is lonely most of the time, I feel obligated to stay here. To keep living the life that “makes sense”. I’m 32 single, no kids, own my home, essentially have life by the tail. I live an hour from where I grew up. Feel like I don’t fit in with my friends anymore…
What should I make sure to do if I want to be considered for the H1B lottery? Currently on stem opt
Was this a verbal offer? The recruiter called me Friday and said she heard lots of positive things from my interview, then asked me about comp, office location, start date, etc. Just wondering because she didn't explicitly say offer
If you book a period end accrual (D exp, C Accrued), when you reverse the entry the next day. Wouldnt you be booking the expense in the period you got the invoice, not the period the expense occurred?
My senior manager took me to coffee today and put a paper diagram in front of me that said in 3 years I'll make 3x what industry will pay me. Told him right now 20% raise to leave sounds enticing

A family member passed away recently and there’s an out of state funeral next weekend, obviously I’d like to attend and my family wants me there but seems like a bad idea with covid spiking again...
Had a recruiter that said they’d reach out by a certain day on if I made it to the next round of interviews but I haven’t heard from them yet. Should I keep following up orrrr take that as a no?
