HR’s are really bad at disclosing information. i was told there will be deduction of PF but nothing about EPF and when asked for breakup they didn’t provide it.
Such a disappointment. after offer i got to know there will be deduction of 4 lakh in total (PF) and now in-hand went down.
Before interview they promised 40% hike and later HR starts with 30%. Such a bad exp.
If they really want folks to join.I would request to remove HR’s and hire new HR who knows what needs to be done.

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Born in the US and lived here all my life. Am I screwed regardless?
