I have 2 offers with Company A and C@ompany B

I have accepted both the offers.
Company A is in the middle of BGV. They are almost done. Today they called my manager and my ex colleague for reference check.

I have made up my mind to join company B. Today only i signed the offer!
If things go south i am keeping the company A as backup.

When should i say no to company A? To be on safe side!
Also my LWD is 15th June!

Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast.
