After i cleared all the rounds. HR told me- initially we were hiring for 2 positions one is filled already & other one is in hold due to recession. After 2 weeks i got a call from them asking me if i am still interested they have re-opened and now i am again waiting for the offer letter they said it will take 2 days for approval from finance

This just concerns me -
Will there be quality work after i join?
Do they really need me? Will my position be valued?
Should one join such a company?

What are some ways to handle mental health flareups when I'm at the office, such as ptsd and anxiety issues, without bringing attention to myself? It happens quite often, and I'm working through it with a therapist, but I had to leave the room in the middle of a meeting the other day.
