I am part of RPA COE Team with team strength of 3. There are many use cases pouring in but it's clear that we have less resources to manage them. We don't have enough designers nor developers to implement. However, stakeholders recently did an enquiry to find out what could be the best approach to solve this. They are ready to hire more staff, but also need a solid solution to handle the incoming workload at speed. If anyone of you have faced this in their past, please share how did you manage?

Please DM me with the exact requirements and what process you guys follow. Happy to help.

Hi there, if you have enough information about each requirement that you receive, you can prioritise them taking into consideration 3 things: ROI(time saving * hour of the resource manually doing the process), complexity and feasibility.
Of course, if you a have a case that’s priority for the business they should push for put it on the first place 🤙

Hey y’all. I went through an exceptionally traumatizing experience a few years ago that has totally & utterly shattered my confidence, self worth, self esteem etc. I have a hard time portraying my work experience + deserving of a new role.

For context, I did well in uni, got into law school but due to finances + the experience in question I didn’t end up going. Kept working in the public sector as a coordinator & now got my scrum master certificate to transfer to SM role in finance/ tech. Help

Hi, I’m a tax professional but want to transition into a coding role such as bot coder and artificial intelligence. I’m really advanced with Excel and Alteryx, I even can create macros for my team and considered the technology rockstar. Do you recommend any certifications such as UIpath for my future career change? I’d also be interested in how to work for Google someday coding artificial intelligence and machine learning.

How many of you are enabling BAs or other business users to handle low-code automation?

Total yoe 11, RPA 6(AA)

Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

How do you measure success after implemening an RPA solution? I'm looking for questions or any measurements methods to see how it works as a part of change management program. Like if you save 2 hours everyday how do you use it now? I can't ask it directly as people hesitant to say robots are doing their jobs (it's part of back office transmission projects) TIA :)
