Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

Finally decided to get a truck (for various reasons, I’ll spare you the details). I really like Tacomas, but I’m 6’3, 230lbs and it kind of feels too small/narrow when I’m sitting in it. Not sure I need a full size truck, although I would love one! TIA

model 3 vs the model s? I drove both and actually like the handling of the 3 better. I live in a city so the 3 would be much easier to park and move around. Cargo space seems fine. And it’s so much cheaper. What am I missing? If I wasn’t that concerned about the $ would I be silly to go for the 3?
