I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

Is it normal for consulting firms in KSA to share contracts with the employment duration being just one year? Is it a legal requirement for the contracts to be this short?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Which one to join LTI or a small product company. Rpa technology, I know the work is support work in LTI and position is senior developer and in product elecronics company its a very small firm in india however it's subsidiaries are all over the world. And I would be working with them via this and the position offering is lead.

I was recently interviewing a very good candidate who was not only technically strong but also had a very good problem solving skill. Below is his yoe and tech stack
Total yoe 11, RPA 6(AA)
Certified in all AA versions.
CCTC 25LPA
Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

Do you recommend any certifications such as UIpath for my future career change? I’d also be interested in how to work for Google someday coding artificial intelligence and machine learning.

How do you measure success after implemening an RPA solution? I'm looking for questions or any measurements methods to see how it works as a part of change management program. Like if you save 2 hours everyday how do you use it now? I can't ask it directly as people hesitant to say robots are doing their jobs (it's part of back office transmission projects) TIA :)

Has anyone seen bottomline savings from RPA? Feels like it’s still being sold as a cost reduction play everywhere but I’m yet to come across cases where team size reduced from 500 to 300 due to RPA.
