I am working as a consultant at GN Fulfillment and I can say Deepanshu Saxena is the worst manager I have ever seen. That guy does not know anything about supply chain — forget technical skills, he has zero PPT skills too. He just dumps everything on analysts and consultants and uses their work for his own credit. He is a completely incompetent and outdated professional. I know a lady who used to report to him as an Analyst and she is now a Manager — and Deepanshu is still a Manager

However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Please help me decide. Yoe -3.5

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.
