I appeared for an interview process at IQVIA for AC position. I have a relevant 5 yrs of experience in that particular segment btw. After going through a long, rigorous, multiple rounds of interview I got rejected with the feedback "Junior" for this position. It was so disheartening and ruthless from their end. How can a junior person with 5 yrs of experience gets shortlisted and reaches till final round ???!!!

Hi everyone My tcs joining was today but it was postponed as my onboarding manager suggested to connect with the recruiter for clarification. After connecting with the recruiter, she said there was some issue and your joining will be on Wednesday. But I have not received my new joining mail yet, When it could be received.

My TL gave me low rating (3.9) just because I resigned. On the other hand, TCS is giving me retention offer. I am getting 4 LPA more outside compared to retention offer made by TCS.

Now I am unaware of how to find jobs with this certification. And when I found some opportunities, they all need 3-4 year experience.
