Cisco interviewed me for 3 months for a couple of roles and then offered me comp that is considerably less than my current comp for a product manager role!! They also said its cisco policy to not offer rsu for mcol cities. Rsu is apparently only meant for candidates in hcol cities.

I am trying to move out of EY.
Haven't yet reached out to my network. Want to try something on own and see how I stack up. I could easily switch through my network, but just wanna give a shot

Find a friend who works in HR who looks at resumes all the time. I do HR M&A and help my friends after they’ve paid a ton of $$$ to people to “re-do” their resumes. Not worth it generally for an external. Just buy your friend a drink.
