Hi moms! I’m a FTM approaching my last trimester of pregnancy and trying to determine an appropriate working model for the last few months. I’ve been working really long days (14-16hrs, limited breaks) and am feeling exhausted. I probably work 2-5hrs on the weekend. Is this normal? What’s appropriate heading into the “home stretch”, especially thinking about the last 2mos? I don’t expect a free ride, but this feels impossible to keep up.

I moved for work and my best friends are out of the state. I have found individual friends here, but no reoccurring hang out group. With seasonal affective disorder and anxiety, I find myself not wanting to leave the house and working late. A lot of the activities I like to do are outdoor based and cost $$$ to join indoor version (yoga in the park vs joining a studio). Trying to save money and not lose my motivation—it’s a rough start to the winter. (Yes I have a therapist 💭 & psychologist 💊)
