Hi I'm afraid to take up jobs that require to put a lot of efforts and responsibility. For a context, I'm a 15 yoe developer and I'm still working as lead engineer in my current company . My classmates are product owners , vp s, senior managers etc now. I'm technically not that bad, but am afraid of fulfilling the responsibilities which come along with the role. Anybody having the same dilemma when looking for next job switch? How to get around?
