I have job offer from Cognizant for associate-projects role and also from Capgemini for Consultant/B2 role. Both are based in Bangalore. I am confused on which to prefer. Cognizant is offering just 48k in fixed and 45k in variable more than Capgemini.

I'm doing work from home and staying in parental house but I want to claim HRA. So far I have not made any online transactions particularly showing rent amount.

Last year I made receipts from cleartax, put stamp ticket and signature of landlord, it got approved for 8300 per month amount.

My monthly salary slip HRA is 15k. How much amount can I claim this year living in tier 3 city, I will show my father or relative uncle as the landlord? Is this possible?

How is the induction process for PwC india currently? My joining is on first week of May.

Will they send the laptop to me or will I have to collect it from office?

We are aware of the politics influenced by corporates than why can't we just officially start a corporate that can be a party which will have all departments, screenings, seniority, promotion don't know why but it sounds better to me.
