I came to know from my friends. Why managers/leads in Genpact are not skilled! Why they are not allocating employees to projects even though they get billing from clients but getting works done by employees. Due to this V.pay and hike getting impacted. Managers /leads are not good in tech also not managing team. They just blame low experienced employees and threatening them indirectly saying better ltr will be released taking advantage of being unallocated.

I LOVE it, but don’t know if ID will provide more security. For context, I had a, albeit, short career prior to law school and will 30 when I graduate in May. Comp and WLB are important given my later start.
