I completed my master of science health science with a concentration in healthcare administration hoping it would help me advance within the healthcare world. I’ve been a Sonographer for about 14 years, the last 10 with the same company. I’ve had no luck transitioning into administration/leadership because all my experience is in imaging. What can I do to make myself more appealing to hiring managers?
