I recently got an offer from DBS bank, there they have promised to pay 3,00,000 as one time relocation allowance.

Two things i want to know,
1. Do they pay this amount regardless of whether you are in the work location ?
2. Inorder to encash this amount does it require require to submit any proofs or what's the process ?

I have been working in my job for a year now but I have 5 years of experience. I am technically doing 3 full time jobs - marketing manager, social media manager & part time recruiter for a trucking company. I am starting to become overwhelm and SEVERELY underpaid. I’m only at 45k for all of the work I do.

Right now I work for PSCU and I make $20/hr as a service desk tech. PatientPoint just offered me a job for an L2 position @ $24/hr. PSCU came back and gave me a counter-offer of pulling me in as a direct-hire, $2k sign-on bonus, and $21/hr.

PSCU is 100% remote and PatientPoint is 3 days in-office 2 days remote.

I can't for the life of me decide what to do.

The L2 thing is exciting.

PSCU is a non-profit. Glassdoor seems to favor PSCU.

Here is the situation:

Review season is going on in my company and my manager is offering me salary of just below 20LPA.

Now the problem is that he is based out of US and he is dependent on data which Indian HR provides him regarding market salary info.

I had a discussion with him and convinced him to increase this if I provide the data and prove that I am being paid less.

Can someone suggest where I can find the actual data regarding avg salary info for a PM.

I know both are different and not comparable since one is captive and other is service based.

I’ve been a general manager for a convenience store for almost 2 years now. I have raised profit after variable expenses by 13% compared to last year, and I am exceeding budgets by 5-30% in every category except for turnover rate. I got an 11% raise last year, but still only make $55k. My store profits about 17k a month on inside sales, and 160k a month in fuel. Being in the UK, in sales, and on fishbowl is pretty depressing because our pay is a fraction of what our colleagues in North America earn.

I am classified as an agent selling health insurance but there’s a private email I recently gained access to showing the company is using my broker license and I suspected that since I’m the agent of record on a lot of business. They pay for everything including leads but I’m working as an agent in one email whereas there’s another showing I’m using my license as a broker. I get $43,000 salary plus commissions so averaging $80 K a year. Any advice?
