I continue to be stunned at the sheer lack of professionalism shown by HR teams and recruiters. Even after you have had 1-2-1 interviews (several for the same role), the lack of communication and simple courtesy of a response is baffling. You realise we’re interviewing you too right? This platform is pretty much the only place where we can gauge how awful some of these companies are.

L1 expecting an L2 offer any day, next summer start. HCOL area and trying to figure out what is reasonable for income. Non-traditional student and new to public though I have work experience at the para and professional level. Previous salary before returning to school was 60k base overtime eligible as an internal accountant. My reviews are all exemplary and my prior experience has been directly noted as a benefit.

Would I be out of line expecting $65k-$70k base?
