When an agency says they have unlimited PTO, realistically, what does that look like?

Finally leaving big 4 consulting after over a decade! Decent 25% comp jump going into tech, but also increased my 2022 total comp by $65,000 between PTO payouts, signing bonuses and increased salary. It’s not a cakewalk but it’s worth it in the end.

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.
Understanding things have changed there in the last few months, I need un-biased advice from fellow fish who have recently joined or can speak to recent changes

Planning a honeymoon in Greece for September. Any recommendations on islands? It’s a 2 week vacation. Some time will be spent on Mykonos for the sake of a specific resort but other than that I have nothing else planned.

No Tipping All-Inclusive Resorts
Does anyone have any suggestions about places where you can stay without the hassle/expectation to be tipping everyone all the time?

I hate having to give tips for everything when I'm on vacation. I don't want to be carrying cash around. In fact, I don't even want to be thinking about it. I just want to relax!

To be clear, this isn't about the money. It's about the hassle. I'd just rather pay an upfront gratuity fee that covers all of tips for the entire stay.

Recos for warm vacation spots that are close to as easy as an all inclusive to plan but is not actually an all inclusive? Something that has easy access to a beach and somewhat of a town/village with restaurants and stuff? I’m super tired and need to recharge but hate all inclusives.

How do you guys find time to interview at other companies? Do you take PTO or make up an excuse like a dentist's appointment? Recruiters want to meet but want to do it on a 1-2 notice. Help?!

Do they decorate for the holidays where you work? I work at a pretty large hospital and they do the eaves and the trees outside, but I'm thinking of making some paper snowflakes and maybe getting a mini tree for the nurses station. Good idea? I don't want to offend anyone just thought it could bring some holiday cheer as corny as that is.

Are there any other Project Managers who have ADHD ? What type of PM work do you do? Outside of it just not being what I want for a career path if I advance / I don’t find it rewarding anymore, I have greatly struggled as I’ve moved up and now with the simplest things. I have 32k miles with THY that are about to expire. Normally I'd go ahead and book a flight, but I can't project which countries might be locked down again 5-6 months from now (haven't accrued enough PTO to travel in near future). The only other way to keep the miles is to pay $10 per 1000 miles, as far as I know. Are there other strategies?

Hey guys, do you have a knack for planning stuff. You may have a hidden gift for Project/Program Management. The skill sets needed are similar to planning a move or a vacation. Those include pre-planning activities, budgeting, collaboration, negotiating etc.
