I'm so sorry. Toxic workplace, ridiculous workload, or both? If this has become your normal, I'm guessing the likelihood of it changing anytime soon are slim to none. Sounds like it's high time to start polishing up the resume and reaching out to your network. Work isn't fun, but it shouldn't be anywhere near that soul sucking either.
Last week, I cried at my desk (WFH), texted my wife I might have to quit, paced around and didn't know what to do. So I left my phone behind, sat on a swing, felt the sun and breeze. Looked back towards my home (which doesn't feel like a safe space anymore). And thought, what a bunch of fools agonizing and micromanaging shit that don't matter. The usual advice is to depersonalize and separate ourselves from the work. Which is easier said than done for some of us.
I'm sorry that you have to experience the kind of situation you are having right now. If your work is taking a toll on your mental and physical health you better get out of there quick. Nothing is more important than a healthy mind and body.
