I feel that Chevrons hiring process is not transparent at all. I was reached out to by multiple recruitment teams for a particular position.
Chevron uses eightfold ai to sort through CVs I guess and when I uploaded my CV on their portal it suggested some positions being a strong match while some just good match.
I applied to some of the positions but it has been a couple weeks and there has been no communication. Not to forget several weeks since I shared my CV to those recruiters.
