I gave Infosys interview, everything went well. Had F2F discussion. then HR round. Then from HR got call for Location Discussion. Later received Digi Verification Mail. But now after two weeks, Got call by HR saying "I am not selected". Then at infosys portal it's "Rejection after interview". Later even recieved rejection mail. Why like this? It's too frustrating. I had hope on it. Please tell me what I do, as in my current company I am on notice period.

I am a Chartered accountant and truth be told given the current times CA is a really low incentive education any potent person can get. Today I see engineers barely with a few years of experience earning lakhs per month. Whereas me despite being in the right place at the right time is working hard 10-11 hours each day even today. We as a forebearers of this profession must really rise together

I am a proposal manager for federal consulting company. My base is low (112000) but I make up upto 50-70% of my base income with win bonuses. But I get the bonus only after the completion of one year of the base period of the contract. My question is -is this arrangement good or should I negotiate for higher base instead ?

I feel like being gay just adds another layer of difficulty while trying to date in consulting.
