I got an offer for hardware senior engineer role in Qualcomm, Bangalore.

The CTC they are offering is 29LPA with 26 as base, 1L Joining bonus, $30K stock vested over 3Y.
My YOE is 4.5.

Is this sufficient. If not how can I lead the negotiations?

Working for a small RIA on 1099. I receive about 80% payout AUM and the firm covers port mgmt, marketing, and a client service rep. However no other benefits such as office, health, 401k, bonus. Stay?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
