I was a top performer in RA and then I was referred to RP by my manager based on my performance.

Now I've had a manager change in last month.
He doesn't know much, and hasn't taken my feedback from previous managers.

I've less than 1 month remaining in my contract... I am really worried, he keeps delaying it.

A partner later asked that I limit this to sustained verdicts but I can’t figure out the best way to do this. I reached out to Lexis, but their recommendation that I add “outcome(sustained)” brought my results to 0 no matter how wide I made the search. Is there a better way? I have Nvidia interview next week. (Nvidia is dream company for me)

Assuming Nvidia interview takes 2 weeks.
Is it okay if I accept qualcomm offer for nw and reject it later if Nvidia hires me.
