Hi, I am an Emergency Room RN with 11 years of nursing experience. I live in long island NY, and am going for an ASU RN position. With inflation, how much is realistic to accept for hourly rate? The position is 5 days a week so I can't pickup per-diem shifts to compensate very easily. Any advice is highly appreciated.

I’ve had issues since high school, but just formally got diagnosed with ADHD. Considering two senior associate offers. One at Embark in FAAS (lots of growth upside, great benefits and higher pay) vs. EY TAAG (SEC and Derivatives and Financial Instruments). Had few doubts :
1. How is work related to devops and cloud ?
2. Since the tavisca is taken over by JPMC , are all policies and benefits are now applicable to current tavisca employees ?
