I got an offer from TCS with a selection of 120 days of joining after accepting offer later, so I am not sure about my notice period in my current organisation it's 90 days or 30 days ,can anybody help me in this that can I give DOJ as 95 for safer side or its create a problem????

How do you deal with references as a freelancer? Most of my past gigs - I had managers on paper but it was a formality as I led my own work so don't feel comfortable asking them to be a reference.

Hello! I’ve previously only dated white guys. While in quarantine I’ve gone on dil mil and made an effort with brown guys on apps. When negotiating salary and being asked if you currently get a bonus, would you "lie" if it helps you to get paid more? I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

My current package is 10.6 with 7.5 years of experience, got an offer of 17.8 ( 14 fixed , 3.8 variable ).Should I look for other offer ?
