Anyone left to do program management at a tech co? I work largely as a functional delivery lead, driving teams to develop/implement software. In this world I know the way forward. I have an interview for a program manager position in the product management / marketing division. Not sure what to expect here— anyone exited similarly? I think my skills are transferable but think I’m too used to working in the weeds.

I would love to move to Asia one day. Currently working in corporate finance in the US, I just started out of college. What would be the best ways to jump ship and find a job there? Brand Strategy/Planning roles aren't typical in PR. So every new Account hire arrives with no experience working with a Strategist. I'm tired of explaining/showing my role adds necessary value. I love strategy, but I have an offer at another agency to move into Account as Group SVP. Received a job offer today and unsure how to proceed. The role is lateral but with more opportunity to advance. The offer consists of a 17% base salary increase, a 25% annual bonus structure, and a signing bonus of 25% of my base. I feel that the offer is fair but the downside is fewer vacation days. I intend to negotiate the vacation time but as far as the compensation I am unsure if I should negotiate.. the offer is fair and I don't want to be greedy but I don't want to miss an opportunity
