From their recruitment process i feel really dicy that on the basis of their offer should i even put resignation or not. It feels too risky. I heard many cases that they revoked offer on last days.

Hii, I have 2.5 yrs of experience and I'm changing my career from Mechanical field to IT field. Especially RPA domain. I have been trained by an experienced professional and I have through knowledge of Blue Prism and Ui Path. During training I have worked on some example projects but I have no on paper experience. I’m maxing out the 6th year for H1b and my I-140 just got approved. 1 month ago, my employer has filed a h1b extension but it is based on the approved PERM instead of the 140, and only asked for one-year extension. In that case, after 6 months (180 days i140 rule to avoid employer’s revoke), will I be able to switch employers even though the renewed H1b gonna expire soon at that time?

Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only.
