I had a recruiter ask what would make me move, and I hesitated. In the current market... money money and Money matters first and foremost but so does leadership, stability, and feeling valued. How do you rank what actually matters to me without defaulting to salary?

I rank based on what I’m willing to give up for something. I would gladly take 10-15k less to have a lot of flexibility and autonomy, maybe even more. But if I’m not getting that, I need the money instead. It all depends on what you need to stick around and be happy working there.

That is such a practical way to frame it. I think I need to ask myself what I would genuinely trade money for right now. Flexibility and autonomy sound amazing, but I need to be honest about whether I would really sacrifice cash for them.

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.

I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?
