What’s a realistic salary expectation for a Senior Designer in NYC? Totally clueless what to say when recruiters ask my range

Can anyone provide insight into Meta Lead Counsel/IC5 total comp? I have an offer (DC) for 210 base/15% bonus/185 equity over four years, and I’m wondering what others have received, how much I can negotiate, etc. I understand base and bonus may not be negotiable, but I’ve heard that technical folks have negotiated equity packages 3-4x the amount I was offered - so is there a lot of room there?
