I had asked for days off back in Oct for Dec for 2 Fri and a Mon. In mid Nov I was denied my days, and questioned why I would want every Fri and Mon off. I ignored the comment and when I asked why l was denied my SCM and OM stated they didn't need to explain themselves.Then I got asked to cover another shift in Nov and shit hit the fan because I said no to one day and they said we are 24 hour operations I have to be available. Now they want me to cover every Fri in Feb for another super.

I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up

I am moving to Boston from Europe at the end of September and looking for a place to rent near DT beginning October 1 with a budget of $2,800/month. All the Facebook groups I looked at look more catered towards university students and the apartments on sites I've looked at (i.e. Trulia/Zillow/Craigslist) look dingy.

I graduated last year and was working with my university until last month. I extended my STEM OPT with my university before July 5th (first year OPT expiry). I got a new opportunity right after submitting my application & I notified my change in employer (submitted updated I-20 & I-983).
Last Friday, I got another opportunity that is way better than the current one and I don't want to miss. My STEM OPT application is still under review. Would it be okay if I change my employer again. Thanks!
