As for needing it for work, how can your school ask you to use your personal device without compensating you? That seems unreasonable.
I don’t use my phone for anything work related. I keep an old digital camera in my classroom for photos of kids. I use my school-issued laptop to check emails and complete all
Work-related tasks. And I do not have my work email on my personal phone. I make it a point to use school- issued devices for school work, only check messages during paid working hours, and keep those boundaries firm!
