I have 3.5 years of experience and an offer from EY GDS for 6.4 LPA as a Senior Software Engineer in Middleware Solutions.
My current company is offering 8–9 LPA retention, but the work is mostly support and issue fixes.
Is it worth taking the EY offer for better long-term growth?
